The contractual terms governing the use of the WhatsConvert lead tracking and campaign conversion platform for agencies and clients.
Last updated: 19 October 2026
1. Scope of platform & services
WhatsConvert provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) lead tracking, Dynamic Number Insertion (DNI), web form capture, multi-touch campaign attribution, white-label client portals, and offline conversion integration with third-party advertising platforms.
2. Subscriptions and cancellation
Platform subscriptions operate on a month-to-month or annual basis without lock-in contracts. You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days' advance notice directly inside the account settings or by emailing contact@whatsconvert.xyz.
3. Fees & billing
- Software fees: Subscriptions are billed in advance on the recurring billing cycle.
- Usage minutes: Plan allowances include pooled call minutes. Any volume beyond the plan threshold is billed at a flat rate of $0.03 per minute.
- Media ad spend: Ad spend on Google Ads, Meta, or Microsoft Advertising is paid directly by the client to those platforms. WhatsConvert never marks up media spend.
4. Intellectual property & data ownership
- Customer data ownership: The subscriber owns 100% of all lead records, caller transcripts, form data, and tracking numbers. You can export or port your numbers at any time.
- Platform IP: WhatsConvert retains proprietary rights in its software, algorithms, code libraries, and trademarks.
5. Telephony & carrier compliance
Users must comply with all applicable telecommunications regulations (including TCPA in the US and GDPR/ePrivacy in the EU). When call recording is enabled, users must activate caller consent notices.
6. Advertising platform compliance
WhatsConvert offline conversion integrations comply with Google Ads and Meta Conversions API standards. Users are prohibited from using the platform for misleading advertising or unauthorized scraping.
7. Limitation of liability
WhatsConvert provides carrier-grade telecom routing and tracking tools. In alignment with advertising industry standards, WhatsConvert does not guarantee specific ranking positions, advertising costs, or sales conversions.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of our operating jurisdiction. For inquiries regarding legal agreements, contact contact@whatsconvert.xyz.
